Oracal 551. series self-adhesive film

Polymer PVC film, available in various colors with a glossy surface, additionally in matte white and matte black.

Application:

Proposals to use only one batch of material in one color. The film can be applied dry or wet - in the dry method it is gradually pressed with a plastic trowel, while in the wet method a temperature of at least +18°C and water with detergent are required, which facilitates precise positioning. For proper adhesion and color differences, the film should be applied in one direction, avoiding tension in the recesses and ensuring sufficient coverage at the film joints.

Usage:

This film is specially designed for lettering, marking and decoration, especially suitable for vehicle and public transport advertising. It adapts well to uneven and slightly curved surfaces, but it bends strongly, requiring overlapping and cutting in places. The glossy surface can be used for thermal transfer printing.
